She stressed that her only political goal is to secure re‑election to the federal legislature, stating, “I’m completely focused on my re‑election as a federal deputy for Ceará.”

The rumours about her possible selection emerged after centrist parties, including the PP, announced neutrality in the presidential race, prompting speculation that her name could be used to appeal to Bolsonaro supporters. Flávio Bolsonaro meanwhile remains open to other options, such as Daniella Marques of the Republicanos, for the vice‑presidential slot.
