Brazilian lawmaker seeks hearing on Roberta Luchsinger allegations

Brazilian Deputy Ubiratan Sanderson has requested that the Chamber of Deputies' Public Security and Organized Crime Commission invite businesswoman Roberta Luchsinger to testify. The request follows Luchsinger's allegations of death threats and attempts to silence her, as well as claims of intimidation against her daughters.

Luchsinger has publicly accused Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's campaign of unauthorizedly delivering her confidential personal and financial documents to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). She maintains that her banking and tax data are protected by judicial secrecy due to an ongoing Federal Police investigation into alleged INSS fraud, an inquiry that also involves Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha.

If approved, the hearing will aim to identify the source of the threats, verify official records, and investigate Luchsinger's connections to Lulinha and businessman Antônio Camilo Antunes. Luchsinger's legal team is reportedly evaluating actions to be taken with the Federal Police and the Supreme Federal Court regarding the alleged exposure of her sensitive information.
