Brazilian Mr. Olympia champions prepare for upcoming competitions

Brazilian bodybuilding champions Ramon Dino and Isa Pereira are preparing for upcoming Mr. Olympia competitions in Las Vegas.

Ramon Dino, the current Classic Physique champion, is being viewed by his coach, Fabrício Pacholok, as the primary target for competitors. Pacholok noted that the team is focusing on specific physical improvements, including increased density in the back and better definition in the quadriceps, glutes, and shoulders, to maintain Dino's position at the top of the category.

In a separate development, 2024 Mr. Olympia winner Isa Pereira shared her current physical measurements as she begins her preparation for the 2026 tournament. Standing at 1.54m and weighing 50kg, Pereira used the disclosure to advise followers against comparing their own bodies to hers, citing unique genetics and body compositions.
