Brazilian municipal chambers announce new public service exams

Municipal chambers in Brazil have announced new public service examinations to fill various positions.

The Goianinha Municipal Chamber in Rio Grande do Norte is offering five vacancies for middle and higher education levels. Positions include legislative technician, internal controller, and accountant, with salaries ranging from R$ 1,621 to R$ 3,000 for a 30-hour work week. Applications are open from September 28 to October 14, 2026, through Comperve/UFRN, with objective exams scheduled for December 6.

In Mato Grosso do Sul, the Ponta Porã Municipal Chamber has extended its application deadline to October 1. The selection process offers 19 immediate vacancies plus a reserve list for middle, technical, and higher education roles. Salaries range from R$ 3,896.67 to R$ 7,999.59 for 30-hour weekly shifts. The exams, organized by Cebraspe, are now scheduled for November 1, 2026.
