Brazilian Municipalities Strengthen Ties with Police Forces

Vice mayor Tenente Cosme Lescano de Ávila and municipal secretary Fátimo Dias met with Colonel Renato dos Anjos Garnes, commander of the Military Police of Mato Grosso do Sul, in Campo Grande to discuss institutional cooperation and potential resource allocation for Aparecida do Taboado.

In Santa Catarina, Sergeant Saymon Yury Madeira, commander of the Military Police in Nova Veneza, visited Mayor Edesio Spilere and Chamber president Elton Nuernberg, praising the Rural Security Network that reduced cattle theft and pledging to seek additional police personnel for the municipality.
