Brazilian musicians Luiza Carmo and Lucina announce new projects

Brazilian singer-songwriter Luiza Carmo is bringing her “seco seu gelo” tour to São Paulo. Following a successful debut in Belo Horizonte, the artist will perform at Picles in Pinheiros on September 4, 2026. The show marks a stylistic transition from pop and R&B toward an acoustic MPB sound, featuring new tracks intended for her upcoming debut studio album. The performance will include a guest appearance by Nina Fernandes and DJ sets by DJ Lebre and the Ministério do Namoro collective.

In other musical news, singer and guitarist Lucina has released a new album titled “Bicho Pedra Gente” in collaboration with the poet arrudA. The project consists of 13 songs developed over a decade, focusing on themes of daily life, nature, and existence. The album features Lucina’s vocals and guitar as the foundation, supported by various guest musicians including Lui Coimbra and Chris Oyens, with musical production by Patrícia Ferraz.
