Brazilian musicians scheduled for performances in Buenos Aires
Several Brazilian musical artists are scheduled to perform in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as part of various cultural showcases.
On September 16, multi-instrumentalist Marcos Valle will perform at Deseo in the Chacarita neighborhood alongside Ana Frango Elétrico. The duo is expected to perform their collaboration, ‘Não Tem Nada Não’. Valle is a veteran composer whose work has influenced genres ranging from Bossa Nova to hip hop.
Additionally, the producer MundosMusic is launching the second edition of its ‘Suena’ cycle at Cultural Thames. This series focuses on Brazilian female artists and includes performances by Verônica Ferriani on September 19, who will perform Bossa Nova classics, and Monique Kessous on October 17, who will present a tribute to Tom Jobim. The cycle aims to connect Argentine audiences with Latin American musical traditions.
