Brazilian musicians Totô de Babalong and Colomy unveil new albums
Totô de Babalong released his third studio album Deusimar, an 11‑track collection that blends brega, MPB and Latin American rhythms. Produced by Mansur JP and featuring guest vocals by Malu, Margaridas and LEOA, the album explores Brazilian identity and will be supported by a tour that includes shows in the Nordeste and a planned international leg for early 2027.
Colomy issued its second studio album Pra Quem Andou Perdido, a nine‑track record produced in partnership with Universal Music and overseen by Dudinha. The work reflects themes of loss, absence and renewal, and includes collaborations with Guilherme Arantes, Peter Buck and Barrett Martin. The band describes the release as a personal and artistic turning point, signaling a shift toward more urban sounds.
Both releases highlight a continuing wave of Brazilian artists experimenting with genre fusion and deeper lyrical content.
