Roberta Luchsinger faces influence peddling probe and debt lawsuits

The Federal Police are investigating lobbyist Roberta Luchsinger for suspected influence peddling involving Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, son of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Investigations focus on whether Luchsinger facilitated business interests within the federal government, including potential involvement in contracts related to the Ministry of Health and the INSS.

Reports indicate that the technology company 3Structure, which employed Luchsinger, has secured over R$ 81 million in federal contracts, some signed during the current administration. Additionally, Luchsinger has made approximately 42 visits to government agencies between 2023 and 2024, most of which were not recorded on official public agendas.

Parallel to the criminal investigation, Luchsinger faces extensive legal challenges regarding unpaid debts. Court records reveal numerous lawsuits from creditors, including service providers, schools, and landlords, as well as over R$ 1 million in unpaid federal and municipal taxes. While Luchsinger maintains a luxury lifestyle on social media, she has reportedly claimed poverty in certain legal proceedings to avoid court costs.
