Brazilian organizations expand fire brigade training for staff safety

On 22 April, Aliança carried out an updated organic fire brigade training at the Acauã wind complex, with employees reviewing fire prevention, risk identification, equipment use, first aid, evacuation and initial attack techniques. The session emphasized rapid, safe responses to protect lives, property and the environment.

From 5 to 6 May, the Federal Justice of Alagoas (JFAL) held a two‑day intermediate fire brigade course for judges, staff, interns and contractors. Led by firefighter José Neto, the program combined theory and practical drills on fire classes, extinguishers, prevention measures and basic first‑aid. Participants highlighted the importance of the training for early containment of incidents and personal safety.

Both initiatives aim to reinforce a culture of safety and preparedness within Brazilian workplaces and public institutions.
