Brazilian publisher JBC announces August releases of 'The Alchemist' manga and 'That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime

Brazilian publisher JBC revealed that its manga adaptation of Paulo Coelho's novel "The Alchemist," illustrated by Tamaki Nakamura, will be released on 31 August. The 296‑page volume is now available for pre‑order in Brazil and was previously launched in Japan in November 2024.

JBC also announced the upcoming release of volume 26 of the manga series "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" on 14 August. The volume continues the story of Rimuru and the Tempest tournament, featuring art by Taiki Kawakami and character design by Mitz Vah. Both titles are part of JBC's August catalogue and are being sold through pre‑order channels.
