Brazilian Real Estate Investment Funds report updates

Several Brazilian Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) have released significant updates regarding asset management and tenant status.

Alianza Trust Renda Imobiliária (ALZR11) issued a clarification regarding a previous market communication, correcting inaccuracies related to trading limitations and clarifying that resources will be applied to target assets and class charges.

HSI Logística (HSLG11) reported rent delinquency from tenant Casas Bahia. While Casas Bahia paid R$ 2.93 million for the Contagem (MG) property, including late fees, the eviction process for that asset remains ongoing. The rent for the São José dos Pinhais (PR) property remains unpaid, and an eviction lawsuit is proceeding. These debts are classified as extraconcursal due to the tenant's judicial recovery status.

In the corporate office sector, JS Real Estate (JSRE11) is being highlighted for its high-standard office spaces in São Paulo. Analysts suggest the fund may benefit from a shift in demand from the Faria Lima region toward areas such as Berrini, Chucri Zaidan, and Paulista, potentially improving occupancy and rental rates.
