Brazilian Senate approves structural changes to the OAB
The Brazilian Senate has approved Bill 1.743/2024, which modifies the Statute of Advocacy and the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). The legislation, which has already passed the Chamber of Deputies, now moves to the President for sanction.
