Brazilian Senate celebrates Real Estate Brokers Day
The Brazilian Senate held a special session to celebrate Real Estate Brokers Day, an annual observance on August 27. Senator Izalci Lucas, who requested the tribute, emphasized the critical role brokers play in the homeownership process, noting their responsibility in performing due diligence to protect families' life savings and long-term investments.
Lucimar Alves Elias, president of the National Federation of Real Estate Brokers, highlighted that professionals in the sector provide security, guidance, and facilitate the connection between buyers and sellers. She called for increased respect and valuation of the profession by both the government and society.

Meanwhile, in João Pessoa, Setai Grupo GP gathered approximately 400 brokers to present new developments within its 'Reserve' line, which operates under the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program.
