Brazilian Senators Jorge Viana and Eduardo Cunha Disclose Asset Increases to TSE

Jorge Viana, former governor of Acre and current senator, reported that his declared net worth rose from R$ 2.32 million in 2010 to R$ 5.57 million in 2026, a nominal increase of about 139 %. The 2026 filing lists a mix of real estate, commercial spaces, financial investments and a Toyota Hilux, with the largest share in financial assets.

Former Chamber president Eduardo Cunha, running again for a federal deputy seat in Minas Gerais, declared a total of R$ 14.108 million, up by R$ 2,080 from his 2022 statement. His assets are dominated by a judicially blocked deposit of roughly R$ 12.59 million at Caixa Econômica Federal, three commercial rooms in Rio de Janeiro, a 2007 Toyota Corolla and several minor corporate participations.
