Brazilian singer Zé Felipe faces Federal Police probe over multimillion‑real‑estate payments

Brazilian sertanejo singer Zé Felipe, the son of famous vocalist Leonardo and former partner of influencer Virginia Fonseca, is under investigation by the Federal Police. Prosecutors opened the case after the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF) flagged numerous large transactions linked to Talismã Digital, a digital media company the ex‑couple previously owned. Between March and September 2024 the firm received about R$22.4 million, split into 44 PIX transfers and 18 TED transfers, prompting alerts from Santander. The main source of the funds, AMP Pay Marketing, contributed roughly R$17.7 million via PIX. Talismã Digital operates from a small office in Itajaí, Santa Catarina, and is registered under the Simples tax regime.

Virginia Fonseca is also cited in the investigation, noting that “many people are involved.” She has not made an official statement, but has defended her business activities publicly. The probe highlights concerns about money‑laundering and financial irregularities in high‑profile digital media ventures tied to popular entertainers.

Zé Felipe rose to fame through TikTok and streaming platforms, building a lucrative career in the Brazilian music scene. The investigation adds a legal dimension to his public profile, drawing attention from both media and fans.
