Brazilian singers Raphaela Santos and Sofia Pitta release new musical projects
Singer Raphaela Santos has launched the second edition of her musical project, 'Chama no Bregão'. The first release from this edition is the single 'Eu Duvido', a collaboration with Mariana Fagundes that blends 'brega' with 'forronejo' elements. Recorded at the Centro de Tradições Nordestinas in São Paulo, the full project will feature 12 tracks, including new songs and covers, with guest appearances from artists such as Manu Bahtidão and Guilherme & Benuto.
In a separate musical release, 22-year-old singer-songwriter Sofia Pitta has debuted her first album, 'Pureza Selvagem'. The project consists of nine original tracks that blend various genres, including MPB, pagodão, samba, arrocha, and reggae. The album is inspired by the artist's roots in Salvador, Bahia, and explores themes of love and fluidity.
