Brazilian singers Xande de Pilares and Ferrugem kick off new tours

During the “Tava Escrito: O Reencontro Histórico” reunion tour, singer Xande de Pilares reflected on his 2014 departure from Grupo Revelação, saying the split almost led to a conflict among the group’s leaders. The tour’s first concert was held in Rio de Janeiro on 27 June, with a subsequent show scheduled in São Paulo for 18 July.

On the same day, 18 July, singer Ferrugem opened his “Sentimento” tour at Via Music Hall in São João de Meriti, Rio de Janeiro state. The show showcases material from his recently released album “Sentimento”, which followed the massive success of the single “Arrependidaço”. Ferrugem highlighted the tour as a way to bring the album’s atmosphere to the stage and to celebrate this phase of his career.
