Brazilian state governments hold events for public servants

State governments in Brazil are conducting initiatives to support and train public servants in observance of Public Service Day.

In Paraíba, the State Administration Executive Secretary, Vaulene Rodrigues, opened the ‘Conexão Servidor’ workshop organized by the State School of Public Service (ESPEP). The training focuses on the new PBDoc platform, an official government tool designed for the creation, management, and electronic signing of documents and processes. The initiative aims to promote digital transformation and administrative efficiency through continuous professional development.

In Minas Gerais, the State Secretariat of Planning and Management (Seplag-MG) hosted the VI Public Servant Week. Centered on the theme of fostering healthy and safe work environments, the event included online seminars and lectures. The program emphasized the importance of interpersonal relationships, effective communication, and empathy to promote collaborative and inclusive professional settings.
