Brazilian tennis players secure victories in international and domestic tournaments

Brazilian tennis players achieved several victories across international and domestic tournaments. In Italy, Thiago Wild defeated Martin Krumich in straight sets (6/3, 6/4) at the Como Challenger, a win that projects him to rise 18 positions in the world rankings to 180th.

In Spain, Matheus Pucinelli secured a spot in the main draw of the Manacor Challenger after defeating Marek Gengel 6/3, 6/4. He joins Felipe Meligeni in the competition held at the Rafael Nadal Academy.

In Portugal, Gustavo Heide and Thiago Monteiro advanced in the Porto Challenger. Heide defeated Gonçalo Marques, while Monteiro overcame the 6th seed, Kimmer Coppejans, in straight sets. Meanwhile, João Lucas was eliminated in the opening round in Como by Gonzalo Bueno.

In Brazil, the Aberto do Madeira tournaments in Porto Velho are underway. In the women's W15 category, Ana Candiotto and Júlia Konishi lead the Brazilian contingent as top seeds. In the men's M15 category, Mateus Alves and João Schiessl are the primary seeds in a field featuring 28 Brazilian players.
