The municipality of Guarujá do Sul is using its own budget to renovate several schools during the school break. Work includes expanding kitchen spaces, upgrading classrooms and sports courts, and preparing new areas to support the planned expansion of full‑day schooling by 2027. Education Secretary Juliana Freddi said the upgrades aim to improve conditions for students and staff and to meet future demand.

In Indaiatuba, the city council handed over the renovated Rodrigo Colli Badino Sports Plaza in the Rêmulo Zoppi neighborhood. The project refurbished the basketball court, added climatizers, improved parking, installed a bike rack and upgraded accessibility features. Mayor Dr. Custódio Tavares and sports secretary Marcos Antônio de Moraes highlighted the improvements as part of a broader effort to promote health, quality of life and the growth of local basketball programs.
