Brazilian towns Touros and Caracol launch municipal procurement and hiring processes

The municipality of Touros in Rio Grande do Norte announced an electronic quotation for a specialized telecommunications company to provide fiber‑optic Internet access, installation, configuration, technical support and maintenance for municipal offices. Proposals must be submitted in PDF within three business days and remain valid for at least 90 days.

The municipality of Caracol in Mato Grosso do Sul opened a temporary selection process for eight Education Support Professionals (PAIE) with a salary of R$ 2,700 for a 40‑hour week. Applicants must have a high‑school diploma, submit required documents in person, and will be evaluated on curriculum and experience. The hires will assist students with disabilities in both urban and rural schools for up to one year, with the possibility of extension.
