During a live edition of SBT's "Primeiro Impacto," presenter Felipeh Campos mistakenly addressed reporter Ariane Rolim as "Jararaca" while introducing a story about a snake found in a toy. He quickly corrected himself, apologised, and the moment spread on social media.

On GloboNews, commentator Fernando Gabeira appeared on a video call for the "Jornal das 18h" without realizing the camera was live. He was seen briefly scratching his intimate area before adjusting his posture and continuing the discussion on a Senate vote. The brief lapse was not commented on by the network and the broadcast proceeded as normal.
