Brazilian university fairs in Novo Hamburgo and Curitiba highlight innovation and culture
The University Feevale launched the fourth Novo Hamburgo Feevale Summit, a free three‑day event on September 15‑17 that will bring together more than 3,000 participants, over 100 companies and 100 speakers from sectors such as health, Industry 4.0, creative economy and the future of work. Highlights include a Startup Village, a Business Round‑table, open lab tours and a cultural programme featuring local gastronomy and performances.
Meanwhile, the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) is running Universo UFPR 2026, the state’s largest career and education fair, at the Centro de Eventos Positivo in Curitiba until Sunday. The free exhibition showcases UFPR courses, scientific and innovation initiatives and a vibrant Arena Cultural with music, theatre, samba, orchestras, workshops in ceramics, design and other arts. The event draws pre‑university students from Paraná and other states, offering interactive sessions and guidance on academic and professional pathways.
