Brazil's ABGF opens public hiring with 49 positions, salaries up to R$15,200

The Brazilian Agency for Management of Guarantee Funds (ABGF), a federal public company linked to the Ministry of Finance, announced its first public competition. A total of 49 immediate vacancies for higher‑education professionals were made available, with a reserve register for future appointments. Salary ranges start at R$8,000 and reach R$15,200, complemented by benefits such as meal allowance, food‑basket credit, health reimbursement, life insurance, and childcare support.

Applications are accepted online through the Fundação Carlos Chagas (FCC) portal until 6 August 2026, with a registration fee of R$145 payable by 7 August. Written and essay exams are scheduled for 27 September 2026 in Brasília and São Paulo. The openings cover six career tracks: lawyer (6 posts), actuary (3), accountant (2), administrative analyst (13), IT analyst (7), and specialist (18). Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and, where applicable, active registration with the appropriate professional council.
