Project managers say early conversations “reduce uncertainties and help families navigate the moment of farewell with a bit more calm.” The trend includes setting aside finances, clarifying preferences for burial or cremation, and distinguishing funeral assistance from cemetery services, aiming to lessen emotional and bureaucratic strain when loss occurs.
