Brazil's Bolsa Família begins June 17, 2026 payments with staggered dates

The June 2026 installment of Brazil's Bolsa Família program will be deposited by Caixa Econômica Federal starting on 17 June. Payments are organized by the final digit of each beneficiary's Social Identification Number (NIS), with a daily schedule that runs through the last ten working days of the month to reduce crowding at bank branches.

Beneficiaries with NIS ending in 1 receive their transfer on 17 June, followed by digits 2 through 0 on subsequent days, ending with those ending in 0 on 30 June. The assistance, aimed at families earning up to R$ 759 per person, provides a minimum benefit of R$ 600, plus supplements for children and pregnant women. Recipients can access funds via the Caixa app or internet banking, eliminating the need to visit physical branches.

The staggered release is intended to ensure timely, orderly distribution of resources to millions of households, supporting essential needs such as food, education and prenatal care.
