For July 2026, the federal Bolsa Família cash‑transfer program will begin payments on July 20, with disbursements staggered according to the last digit of each family's NIS number. Families in municipalities declared in emergency or public calamity may receive funds earlier. Eligibility requires registration in the Cadastro Único and a per‑person monthly income of up to R$ 218.
