Brazil's Espaço Smart targets R$1.2 billion revenue by 2026 using steel‑frame construction
Espaço Smart, a Brazilian construction firm founded in 2014 in Ponta Grossa (PR), is pursuing a revenue goal of R$1.2 billion by 2026. The company specializes in light steel frame, a dry‑construction method that replaces traditional bricks and cement with galvanized steel panels.
The firm reported R$728 million in revenue in the previous year and generated R$560 million in the first half of the current year, reflecting rapid growth. Its strategy focuses on expanding commercial presence, increasing market penetration in regions where steel frame adoption is low but demand is high, and investing in technical training for architects, builders, and consumers. The steel‑frame segment currently accounts for about 1 % of Brazil’s construction market, indicating significant growth potential, according to founder Fernando Scheffer.
