Brazil's 'Hoje em Dia' launches Márcia Fu segment as 'Que História É Essa, Porchat?' returns live

Former Brazilian volleyball star Márcia Fu debuted a new segment called "Rolê da Fu" on the morning show Hoje em Dia on Thursday, 13 August. Over five weekly episodes, Fu explores the daily work of various professions, beginning with a behind‑the‑scenes look at São Paulo Metro maintenance, followed by visits to the city's lost‑and‑found office and a local bakery.

Meanwhile, the comedy series Que História É Essa, Porchat? resumed live broadcasts on GNT and Globoplay on 4 August. Hosted by Fábio Porchat, the show featured guests Gil do Vigor, actress Isis Valverde and Luana Martau, who shared humorous personal anecdotes. The program, produced by Porta dos Fundos, airs weekly on Tuesdays at 21:45 on GNT and on Thursdays on TV Globo.
