Brazil's job market highlights communication skill demand and top employment sites for 2025

A recent study of 63,400 Brazilian job listings found communication to be the most frequently requested skill in May, appearing in 14.5% of vacancy descriptions. Organization (12.4%) and collaboration (9.4%) followed, while Excel was the sole technical skill in the top five, preceding proactivity. The information technology sector accounted for 32% of openings, with operations at 21.8%, and 40.1% of positions targeted analysts. The report emphasizes that, despite growing digitalization, soft‑skill competencies remain decisive for hiring.

Separately, a career guide identified the leading online platforms for job seekers in 2025, highlighting LinkedIn, Indeed, Infojobs, Gupy, Empregos.com.br, Trabalha Brasil, CIEE and 99jobs as the most effective sites for finding opportunities in Brazil's evolving labor market.
