Brazil's legal job market stays competitive as digital platform aids young lawyers

Brazil has more than 1.37 million registered lawyers, with over 380 000 in São Paulo alone, making the legal profession one of the most crowded in the world. In the last 12 months, nearly 28 000 formal hiring and termination events were recorded for attorney positions. High demand persists in niches such as data protection, technology, tax and compliance. Salary data show a junior lawyer earns about R$7,803 per month, a mid‑level professional R$10,453 and a senior R$13,487, while experienced specialists can earn up to R$15,000.

The platform Correspondente Dinâmico, founded by the Grupo Adali and led by CEO Priscila Pinheiro, offers a digital marketplace where students and early‑career lawyers can take on correspondence tasks—hearings, protocols, diligences—and earn income while building professional networks. More than 60 % of law internships in São Paulo now require prior experience, creating a bottleneck that the platform aims to ease. To date it has facilitated over 3.2 million connections, reducing geographic barriers and streamlining hiring for both law firms and individual practitioners.
