The International Animal Protein Show (SIAVS 2026) will take place in São Paulo from August 4‑6 at the Anhembi district. The edition expands to 45,000 square metres, a 65% increase over the previous fair, and is expected to attract more than 100 agribusinesses covering poultry, pork, beef, egg, duck and other protein sectors.
Representatives from over 60 countries and hundreds of international importers are slated to attend, alongside national retail and wholesale buyers. Organisers expect more than 31,000 visitors, with a technical program on market trends, innovation, production efficiency and sustainability. The event aims to strengthen Brazil's position as the world’s leading exporter of animal‑protein foods, including a fast‑growing Halal market valued at over US$1.5 trillion in 2024.
