Brazil's Sorriso to Host Grand Rodeo PBR with R$500 k Prize

Sorriso will stage the Grand Rodeo PBR, the first Professional Bull Riders event in the city, from 23 to 26 July at the Parque Tecnológico Luiz Giroletti. The round, part of the Global Agribusiness Festival, offers a historic R$500 000 prize purse and will draw top Brazilian and international cowboys, as well as the sport's premier bulls. Competitors will earn points toward the national ranking and qualification for the PBR World Circuit. Entry to the rodeo and its national shows is free, with tickets required only for the technical forum of the GAFFFF program.

From 4 to 6 September, Caldas Novas in Goiás will host the second stage of the PBR Master 2027 series at Lagoa Termas Parque. The event, called Caldas Rodeo, combines bull‑riding competition with sertanejo music and family entertainment, aiming to become an annual fixture that promotes the city as a hub for professional rodeo and Brazilian country‑culture gatherings.
