Coach José Roberto "Zé" Guimarães praised her offensive output, defensive positioning and improved decision‑making, noting her ability to balance attack and defense.

The win kept Brazil’s perfect record in the first week of the competition, following an earlier 3‑1 win over the Netherlands. Brazil’s next matches are scheduled against Bulgaria on Saturday and Italy on Sunday, as the team aims to maintain its unbeaten run.
