Brazil's Women Agribusiness Programs Grow at Expoagro and Expo Catalão
At the 58th Expoagro in Cuiabá, the ExpoDelas 2026 event brought together female producers, entrepreneurs and experts as part of the Circuito Fazenda Rosa. The initiative, backed by the Mato Grosso government, aims to expand to eight additional municipalities by the end of 2026, offering technical lectures, networking spaces and discussions on succession, innovation, governance and sustainability. Vanice Marques, co‑founder of the movement, said the circuit “connects women, shares knowledge and creates opportunities for those who produce and lead in agribusiness.”
Meanwhile, in Catalão, Goiás, the Associação Mulheres do Agro will host a dedicated stand at Expo Catalão 2026, with a programme from July 19‑23 that includes talks on management, family succession and professional development. Speakers such as Valéria Ivers Gachet, influencer Camila Telles and consultant Juliana Zeymer will address practical challenges, supported by partners including Sebrae and Mitsubishi. President Patrícia Marra highlighted the effort as a step toward consolidating the group and fostering female leadership throughout the supply chain.
