Bread Zeppelin to open 12th Texas location in Richardson

Bread Zeppelin, a Dallas-founded fast casual sandwich chain, is set to open its 12th Texas location in Richardson on Wednesday, September 30. The new restaurant will be located at 1920 N. Coit Road, Suite 201.

Founded in 2013 by Troy Charhon and Andrew Schoellkopf, the company specializes in “Zeppelins,” which are toasted artisan baguettes hollowed out and filled with salads, housemade dressings, and proteins. The menu also offers bowls, soups, and bread pudding.

The opening festivities will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, a live radio broadcast from The Ticket, and various promotions such as free Zeppelins for the first 50 guests and discounts on entrees. A seasonal “Pink Lady” sandwich will also be available through October 31.
