Breaking Bad, starring Bryan Cranston, secured the top position. The top five rankings are completed by The Wire in second, Mad Men in third, Succession in fourth, and Fleabag in fifth. Other notable entries in the top ten include Game of Thrones, Veep, 30 Rock, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Atlanta.

The list encompasses a wide variety of formats, including scripted dramas, comedies, documentaries, and reality TV. It also features recent successes such as Baby Reindeer and The Pitt. Notably, The Sopranos was excluded from the ranking because it premiered in 1999, falling outside the eligibility window.
