Brežice Municipality begins construction of Cerklje ob Krki multipurpose home

The Municipality of Brežice has signed a contract to begin construction of the Cerklje ob Krki multipurpose home. The agreement was signed by Mayor Ivan Molan and Marko Jarnević, director of the construction firm TGH, which was selected through a public procurement process.

The new facility will serve as a modern social hub for the Cerklje ob Krki local community, the local volunteer fire department, and various local organizations. The project aims to resolve long-standing spatial constraints for these groups by providing dedicated facilities for community activities.

Spanning over 1,200 square meters across three floors, the building will include technical and performance spaces in the basement, a main hall with approximately 273 seats, an entrance hall, community rooms, and fire department garages on the ground floor. The attic will be utilized for social activities and meeting rooms.
