Breitling adds manual-wind Navitimer models to permanent collection
Breitling has expanded its core collection by introducing two 41mm manual-wind Navitimer models: the Navitimer B09 Chronograph 41 and the Navitimer B02 Chronograph 41 Cosmonaute. Previously, these manual-wind versions were only available in limited or commemorative editions.
The Navitimer B09 features a 41mm steel case, a 13mm thickness, and a bidirectional slide rule bezel. It is available with black or blue “reverse panda” dials and lacks a date window for a traditional aesthetic. It is powered by the COSC-certified manufacture B09 movement, which provides approximately 70 hours of power reserve.
The Navitimer B02 Cosmonaute is inspired by the timepiece worn during Scott Carpenter’s Mercury-Atlas 7 spaceflight in 1962. This model includes a 24-hour display. Both watches feature sapphire case backs and are water-resistant to 30 meters.
