Bremen celebrates annual harvest festival

The district of Bremen celebrated its annual harvest festival (Erntedankfest) with a festive church service and community gathering. The event was organized by the Eisenach/Bad Salzungen District Farmers' Association and the Rhönperle Agricultural Cooperative, with support from the Bremen local history association and the local parish.

The celebration began with a service at the Catholic church in Bremen, featuring a program by local kindergarten children that demonstrated the agricultural cycle through songs, poems, and miniature farming equipment. Following the service, a procession led by local brass musicians and regional officials, including District Administrator Dr. Michael Brodführer and various mayors, moved toward the festival tent for a communal lunch.
