Bremen hosts BUY+HOST real estate program conclusion

The BUY+HOST program concluded its latest session in Bremen on September 5, 2026. Led by real estate expert Oliver Fischer and short-term rental market leader Hendrik Kuhlmann, the program focuses on a strategy that combines long-term real estate wealth building with high cash flow from short-term rentals via platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

Participants presented their initial deals and engaged in live location analyses and deal calculations with the experts. The training aims to help investors achieve a monthly surplus of 1,000 to 2,000 euros per apartment after interest and principal payments, while utilizing tax advantages from depreciation and VAT. The event included deep-dive Q&A sessions covering financing, occupancy rates, and operational costs.
