Brendon Cutmore appointed CEO of Western NSW Primary Health Network

Brendon Cutmore has been appointed as the new CEO of the Western NSW Primary Health Network (PHN). A Gamilaroi and Yorta Yorta man with 20 years of healthcare industry experience, Cutmore may be the first Indigenous person to hold this position.

The Western NSW PHN is responsible for commissioning Commonwealth funding across several critical health sectors, including mental health, aged care, drug and alcohol services, chronic disease, and Aboriginal Health Services. Cutmore’s professional background includes extensive work with the Western NSW Local Health District of Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing and four years with NSW Health in the regional health division.
