Brescia: 13-year-old assaulted and threatened with knife during robbery attempt

A 13-year-old boy was surrounded, assaulted, and threatened with a knife in Brescia, Italy, during an attempted robbery on the evening of Saturday, October 3. The incident occurred in Piazza Santa Maria in Calchera, near Piazza Tebaldo Brusato and Piazzale Arnaldo.

According to the victim's report to the Carabinieri, a group of youths approached him and demanded his Moncler jacket. When the teenager refused, the group attacked him. Although he initially managed to break away, the group pursued him. During the confrontation, one individual used a knife to damage the jacket and threaten the boy.

The assault ended only when a Carabinieri patrol, conducting nightlife monitoring services, arrived on the scene. The attackers fled toward Piazzale Arnaldo, while the victim sought assistance from the officers. Authorities are currently reviewing local surveillance camera footage to identify the members of the group and reconstruct the exact sequence of events.
