Brescia hosts regional training for 47 new local police officers

A regional specialized training program for 47 newly hired local police officers in Lombardy is set to begin on September 21 at the Brescia Police Command headquarters. The course, which runs until December 2, includes lectures, exercises, and practical tests.

This initiative is part of the 2024-2026 Local Police Training Plan by PoliS-Lombardia, designed to address the high number of recent hires across Lombardy municipalities. The program is commissioned by PoliS-Lombardia and managed by the University of Brescia in collaboration with the Municipality of Brescia. The curriculum aims to combine academic expertise with field-tested professional skills.
