Brest hosts free summer sports and cultural activities

Brest is hosting a variety of free summer activities for residents and visitors throughout August. The ‘Sport et Quartiers’ initiative is moving through different neighborhoods to offer sports programming for children and adolescents.

Scheduled activities include laser biathlon, battle archery, panna foot, and fencing at locations such as the Provence sports center and Valy Hir stadium. In addition to athletic programs, the city is offering cultural experiences, including guided historical tours. One such event features a theatrical visit from the Musée de la Marine to the Capucins, exploring the history of Napoleon I and Napoleon III.
