Across Germany a series of summer music events is scheduled for 2026. In Kempten the Allgäuer Festwoche concludes on 16 August with a traditional costume parade, a family day on the fairgrounds and an evening light festival on Hildegardplatz featuring thousands of candles, live music and fireworks.

In Werneck the Bläserphilharmonie presents a “Journey through Europe” concert in the park of Schloss Balthasar Neumann, highlighting the accordion as instrument of the year. The Niederrhein Musikfestival will run from 23 August to 4 October with six concerts and two workshop concerts across historic venues.
Other regional highlights include a benefit concert at Paul‑Moor‑Schule in Bonn, the Hilpoltsteiner Burgfest (31 July–3 August) with market, music and traditional acts, the free‑admission Marsberger Open Air in August, the Kleve summer‑night concert “Romantische Klänge”, the “Kleine Dorfmusik” series in Wolfegg, the “Raesfeld in Sommerlaune” eight‑week free evenings featuring the Erler Jäger wind orchestra, a rock‑blues trio in Heimsheim, and Karlsruhe’s “Fest am See” offering a varied program of local and touring bands.
