BRI Insurance Wins National Market Leader Award as BRI Life Opens Modernized Denpasar Office

PT BRI Asuransi Indonesia (BRI Insurance) received the General Insurance Nation Market Leaders 2026 award at the Insurance Market Leaders Award ceremony in Jakarta. The accolade recognises the firm’s financial performance, service quality, corporate governance and contribution to the Indonesian insurance sector. The award was accepted by Director of Technology R. Sabarkah Maulana, with senior executives highlighting the recognition as motivation to further improve services and promote insurance literacy.

BRI Life inaugurated a newly revitalised service office in Denpasar, Bali, located at Jl. Setia Budi No. 12. Finance Director Lim Chet Ming said the upgraded premises aim to provide a more comfortable, modern and efficient experience for walk‑in customers and to integrate physical and digital channels. The renovation supports the company’s push for financial‑inclusion initiatives endorsed by the Indonesian government and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
