Brian Lanzelotta reports 17.5 million peso fraud in toilet paper business

Singer and entrepreneur Brian Lanzelotta has reported a fraud totaling approximately 17.5 million pesos involving his toilet paper manufacturing business. The incident, which resulted in the loss of 3,100 bags of merchandise, has triggered a legal investigation involving the Economic Crimes Division of the Mendoza Police.

Following a request from a prosecutor in Buenos Aires, authorities conducted two raids in Palmira, San Martín. During these operations, police seized toilet paper, shipping documents, and mobile phones believed to be linked to the fraudulent commercial operation. One of the locations also yielded two revolvers and five cartridges, prompting further judicial intervention.

In the wake of the public disclosure of the scam, Lanzelotta reported receiving significant financial support from the public via bank transfers. While his initial intent in speaking about the incident was to warn others in Mendoza not to purchase the stolen branded merchandise, the public response has provided unexpected financial relief to help mitigate his economic losses.
