Brian To'o signs three-year deal with PNG Chiefs
Brian To'o, a four-time premiership-winning winger for the Penrith Panthers, has signed a three-year deal to join the PNG Chiefs. To'o will remain with the Panthers until the conclusion of the 2027 NRL season.
The expansion franchise, the PNG Chiefs, is scheduled to enter the NRL in 2028. To'o's move to Port Moresby will see him reunite with teammate Jarome Luai, who has already signed with the club.
